Understanding Web services
Web services enable you to quickly and seamlessly connect ContractPal's online transactions with your existing web based applications. For example, a company uses a web site to interview customers and then connects to ContractPal to esign an agreement with documents prepopulated with their responses.
Understanding Export Services or Connectors
Export services - Connectors enables data to be shared for use in sales tools and to archive transactions. For example, a customer completes an agreement. Documents are exported as pdf documents and archived. Customer information from the transaction is automatically exported into a database. The agreement and the data are automatically added into a customer relations management (CRM) application. Customer service can view the customer's contract and their information without having to reenter any data.
