Export a Transaction
Archive the entire transaction including documents and audit records. The transaction is exported as a single file that contains all of the binary content, documents, wizards and audit logs.
Export a Document
Export documents to PDF or Tiff images to be stored in a database that can be viewed by other applications. Documents are sent securely via email attachment or over the web.
Export Data
Increase your efficiency by automatically exporting data captured during a contract process and importing the data into other office applications. The data collected during a transaction is formatted to make it easy to share with other applications, i.e. a database. The file can be delivered via email or web securely to any location it is needed. This lets you leverage data captured in your electronic contracts in entirely new ways—-you can share a summary of your findings with colleagues, slice and dice the data in a spreadsheet program or incorporate research results into a report or presentation.
Connector Security
Connectors are pipes that can be set up and established by customers through a secure interface. These pipes can run through various ports and support various protocols. For each pipe, ContractPal provides the ability to encrypt transmitted data using PGP encryption. And although ContractPal supports insecure protocols, such as FTP, ContractPal encourages customers to use secure protocols such as HTTPS, SSH, and SFTP to transmit all data. In fact, ContractPal's subscription agreement specifically prohibits the transmission of confidential, sensitive and extremely sensitive data, including cardholder data unless it is transmitted securely.
