Email Account(s)

The Email accounts dialog shows the current status of all the email addresses that you have for a particular ContractPal profile. You can add any number of personal email addresses to your personal profile. If you have selected and are working with an enterprise profile, you will not be able to add email addresses to your profile. Email addresses are added to enterprise profiles by the person(s) responsible for enterprise management.
- Select. Click the check box to either make it a default email or delete the email address.
- Default. This is the email address used by default for this profile.
- Validated. An email has been sent to the address with a hyperlink. Click the link to provide proof that the email was received.
Click the check box next to an email address:
- Click Add Address to add a new email. You cannot add an email address to an enterprise profile.
- Click Make Default to set one email address as the default. (only one email address may be set as default at a time).
- Click Delete Address(s) to remove email addresses. You cannot delete the email address assigned for an enterprise profile.
