Set up payment arrangements from an enterprise to outside parties.

Credit Card

• Cardholder's First / Last Name.
• Address. Enter the billing address for the account.
• Card Number. Enter the number appearing on the front of the card.
• Expiration Date. The date the credit card is still valid.
• CVV. The CVV2 is a 3- or 4-digit value printed on the card or signature strip, but not encoded on the magnetic stripe.

Checking Account

• Account Owner's First / Last Name.
• Account Owner's Address.
• Account Owner's Drivers License.
• Account Number.
• Bank Routing Number.

1. Complete each field in the form.
2. Click Save to keep results.
